Olivera Works processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. This page explains what is collected, what for and for how long, in the only situation in which this website currently processes any data, which is the founders list.

What is collected, and from where

Only what is typed into the founders list form, that is the name, the email address and, if you choose to give them, your occupation or project, the kind of desk you are interested in and a free text message. The language the form was filled in and the page it was sent from are also stored. No data is obtained from any other source, no lists are bought, and no browsing data is collected for commercial purposes.

What it is used for

To tell you about the opening of the space, to inform you about launch terms and to answer whatever you ask in your message. Nothing else. It is not used for third party advertising or profiling, and there is no automated decision making producing legal effects on anyone.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, under article 6.1.a of the Regulation. That consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

How long it is kept

Until twelve months after the space opens, or until you ask to be removed, whichever happens first. If the project never opens, the data is deleted when it is wound up. After that period the data is permanently erased.

Who else processes it

This website and the database holding the sign-ups are hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., acting as data processor under the data protection agreement covering its service. This may involve an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data is not passed to any other recipient, except to public authorities or courts where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or its erasure, object to the processing, request its restriction, ask for data portability and withdraw your consent. Just write to info@oliveraworks.com saying what you want. You will get an answer within one month.

Complaints

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
