This website does not use cookies. Not our own, not third party, not analytics, not advertising, not personalisation. That is why no consent banner appears: article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 only requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and there are none here of any kind.

Nothing third party is loading in the background either

It is common for a cookie-free website to still send the visitor's IP address to third parties through web fonts, maps, embedded videos or social media buttons. That does not happen here. Fonts and images are served from this same domain, there are no embedded maps or videos, no tracking pixels and no social buttons loading external code.

What is stored in your browser

Nothing. No cookies, no local storage, no identifiers of any kind. If you clear your browsing data you lose nothing from this site, because there is nothing to lose.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, logs technical connection data such as the IP address in order to keep the service available and protect it against attacks. That processing relies on the legitimate interest in the security of the website, is the minimum needed for the page to work at all, and is not used to identify visitors or to measure audience.

If this changes

The day analytics or a booking system is added, this page will be updated before it is switched on. The rule we have set ourselves is to use tools that do not need cookies and, where that is not possible, to ask for consent explicitly before installing anything.
